Rob Rosen

Rob Rosen is the Vice President of Operations at Allata. He leads the management and oversight of Allata’s corporate operations, including HR, IT, training and performance management, and compliance. Rob plays a crucial role in crafting and implementing strategies that enable these departments to effectively align with, support, and advance Allata’s business objectives. Before joining Allata, Rob was a partner and shareholder at a boutique law firm, where he developed his leadership and strategic management expertise. With over 15 years of legal experience, Rob focused on commercial and business litigation across various U.S. jurisdictions. His extensive background in business operations, client relations, and team leadership significantly enhances his ability to drive operational excellence at Allata. Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending quality time with his wife, three boys, and their dog.
